Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Fomo Avoider.
1. Provider

2. The service
Fomo Avoider is a trading journal and analysis tool. It is not investment advice and not a regulated investment service under MiFID II or the Bulgarian Markets in Financial Instruments Act. AI output may be wrong; you alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18. Keep your login details safe. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of your trade data. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising
The service is free and shows advertising. Ads are clearly labelled. Personalised ads are shown only with your consent.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Bulgarian law, including for intent or gross negligence (Obligations and Contracts Act, art. 94) or your rights as a consumer.
7. Law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies, without removing protections of the law of your EU country of residence. Consumers may use the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) conciliation committees or the EU dispute portal.
8. Changes
We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
Fomo Avoider is a Bulgarian service. These terms follow EU and Bulgarian law.
