Data we process
Account data (email, name, username, profile photo), trade records you enter or import, chat messages with the AI assistant, and technical data such as IP address and device information.
Purposes and legal bases
Providing the service — contract (art. 6(1)(b)). Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)). Personalised ads and non-essential cookies — consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Processors
We use hosting, database and AI providers bound by data processing agreements. Transfers outside the EEA rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Data is kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of account deletion, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
