Refund Policy

Current situation

The service is free, so no payments are taken and no refunds apply.

If paid plans are introduced

Consumers will have a 14-day right of withdrawal from online contracts (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 9; Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, art. 50). Refunds will be made within 14 days of withdrawal using the original payment method.

If you ask the service to start during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for the period used (art. 14(3) of the Directive).
